Job Responsibilities Special production equipment troubleshooting, to ensure the smooth development of production and manufacturing work; Summarize and analyze various problems in all aspects of product manufacturing (materials, process, material transfer, production management, equipment problems, etc.), make improvements and give real-time feedback to the competent department of the group company; Supervise and check the compliance of the production process on the production site according to the requirements (SOP\ control plan \16949 system requirements); Receive and analyze the feedback Group company related to the needs of customers and partners, and follow up and solve the processing; Receive instructions from the competent department of the Group company, carry out engineering transformation, official publicity and trained on-site personnel; Conduct regular operation training and on-site management training for operators according to operation documents and 16949 system; Complete the layout and continuous improvement of the production site according to the requirements of 16949 system (technical party); Prepare and complete various technical documents according to 16949 system requirements and manage and issue them; Conduct on-site inspection of the production process of local partners/suppliers as SQE according to the requirements of the Group company (including but not limited to on-site operation specifications, operation documents, equipment integrity, equipment spot inspection, material management, 6S and other 16949 system requirements); Prepare monthly report summary and analysis of the month's work and report the month's work summary to the group company; Requirements Bachelor degree or above, controller or electronic product development and manufacturing related work experience is preferred; Proficient in project development process and familiar with IATF 16949 quality management system; Electronic information engineering, mechatronics, mechanical design and other related majors; Skilled use of computer office software, computer drawing 2D, 3D design software; Diligent, practical, proactive, practical ability; More than three years working experience; Daily work English communication, great but not necessary if you know Chinese ; We offer: Competitive compensation (please include your expectations in the cover letter or CV) Collaborate with a diverse and talented team Professional growth and development, on-site trainings in China Prioritize your well-being: health insurance after probation
