We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Legal Adviser to join our dynamic Moscow division. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the company's legal and business operations. You will be responsible for a wide range of legal matters, including intellectual property, contract law, and international business. Responsibilities: Provide legal support across various areas, including: Intellectual Property (IP) registration, licensing, and software-related legal issues. Contractual law, with a focus on supply of goods, services, and IT contracts. Foreign economic activity law. Development, legal expertise, and support of international contracts. Coordinate the work of external legal consultants and service providers in foreign jurisdictions. Qualifications: Master or equivalent law degree. Excellent written and spoken English, including legal terminology (B2 level or higher). Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a legal role. Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), Adobe Acrobat Pro, and FineReader. Proven ability to analyze and structure complex information effectively.
